As the pavilion is to celebrate Coventry being the city of culture in 2021, the idea is to combine the delicate watchmaking components and the fantasy theme which will allow the visitors to experience the idea of being in a form of the interior of pocket watch components, and to remember the forgotten watchmaking industry that Coventry was once glorious of.

The purpose of the pavilion is to bring up the forgotten Watchmaking industry that Coventry was once famous for into the people's head. Clockventry's interior was inspired by the components of a pocket watch (which was mass produced during the 18th-19th centuries period), forming a small fantasy space using reusable used gears. The fantasy, dreamy theme is to represent our purpose of celebrating and keeping glorious watchmaking days into people's mind (even in their dreams).
