The target users of this project are businessman, the residents and white-collar class which aims to provide a place for meeting clients and giving a relaxing area for them for high tea, leisure time, take a rest and having a break.

The building of the site has a number of offices, it is a great place for them to buy coffee and cakes to have a rest.
